  • Choose a Recovery Method

    You’ll be prompted to choose how you'd like to retrieve your password:

    • 📞 Via Phone Number

    • ❓ Via Security Question

Option 1: Retrieve via Phone Number

  • Select Retrieve via Phone Number.

  • Tap Send Verification Code and check your phone for the OTP (One-Time Password). 

    • Enter the verification code in the field provided, then tap Next Step.

     

  • Set your New Password and Confirm Password and Tap Submit.

     

     

✅ You’re all set! Your password has been successfully changed.

 

Option 2: Retrieve via Security Question

🔒 Important: You must have already set up your security question in your profile before using this option.

  • Select Retrieve via Security Question.

 
  • Input your username in the Account field and tap Next.
  • Answer your pre-set security question correctly and tap Login.

  • Set your New Password and Confirm Password and Tap Submit. 

✅ Done! Your password has been successfully updated.
