Nakalimutan ang Password? Sundan ang Paraan ng Pag-reset

• Open the OKBet App

  • Sa login screen, tap “Forgot Password”

• Choose a Recovery Method

  Pipiliin mo kung paano mo gustong i-retrieve ang password mo:

  📞 Via Phone Number
  
  ❓ Via Security Question

Option 1: Retrieve via Phone Number

• Select Retrieve via Phone Number.

• Tap Send Verification Code at i-check ang phone mo para sa OTP (One-Time Password)

  •  I-enter ang verification code sa field at tap Next Step 

• Set ang New Password, i-confirm, then tap Submit

   

   

✅ All set na! Successfully na-change ang password mo.

Option 2: Retrieve via Security Question

🔒 Important: Kailangan nakaset up na ang security question mo sa profile bago gamitin ang option na ito.

• Select Retrieve via Security Question.

• Ilagay ang username sa Account field at tap Next

• Sagutin ng tama ang pre-set security question at tap Login

• Set ang New Password, i-confirm, tap Submit

✅ Done na! Successfully na-update ang password mo.
